We are at present one of London & Quadrant Housing Trusts' main contractors and have been for the last five years. In 2004 we were awarded the silver award for Best Specialist Contractor by London & Quadrant out of the 400 contractors they use throughout the London & Quadrant Group. In addition in October 2004 we earned a partnership with London & Quadrant South East Thames Region.

We also carry out work for The Guiness Trust South Region, specifically working in the London North, London South and East area carrying out void works, general day to day maintenance and minor electrical works in the Greater London area.
